Thomas Partey is back to feature for Arsenal against Paris Saint-Germain on Wednesday in the second leg of their UEFA Champions League semi-final, so says Mikel Arteta.
The 31-year-old midfielder was sidelined for his club's last game due to an accumulation of yellow cards.
However, the Ghana international is back to feature in the second leg against the French Ligue 1 side at Parc des Princes on Wednesday, with kickoff at 19:00 GMT.
Arteta, is planning to use Partey, who is expected to start and dazzle and turn his side's fortunes around.
“He’s a starter for us. He’s the player who’s played the most minutes in his position.
“For the biggest game of the season, we didn’t have him [Thomas Partey], but Rice did a great job. Now we have him back, so more options."
Arsenal's hopes of reaching their first Champions League final in 19 years since the French capital staged the Gunners' 2-1 defeat to Barcelona in the 2006 final.
Now Arteta's side must overturn a 1-0 deficit against Paris Saint-Germain if they are to book a place in this month's final in Munich, against Inter Milan after their enthralling extra-time win over Barcelona.
