Two-time Togolese champions AS OTR Lomé have reportedly appointed just-resigned Asante Kotoko assistant coach David Ocloo as their new head coach in the ongoing 2024/25 football season.
Ocloo, stepped down from his assistant coaching role at Kotoko just two weeks ago prior to the Super-Clash with the actual reasons not yet revealed.
However, reports in the indigenous media this morning suggest he's joined Togolese topflight side AS OTR Lomé with the club yet to announce officially and also the details of the contract is still unknown.
He has so much experience in the Ghanaian game having worked with the two Ghanaian giants; Hearts of and Asante Kotoko where he once served as a caretaker coach and was a huge part of the latter's league success in 2022.
The enterprising gaffer is coming in as replacement for Messan Ametokodo and is expected to use the experience he's garnered so far in his managerial career to steer the team to success.
AS OTR Lomé kicked start the new season with a painful 2-3 home loss to ASC Kara and are hoping to patch up all cracks and get back on track as soon as possible.
