Heart of Lions forward Mustapha Yakubu has joined Hapoel Umm al-Fahm after agreeing terms with the Israeli club.
The 19-year-old dynamic striker has been pivotal in The Dzie Woa Nu outfit, notching two goals and managing an assist in 12 appearances.
He is expected to showcase his goal-scoring prowess as he will be unveiled by the Liga Leumit (second-tier league) club imminently.
Yakubu has a tolerable international career, representing Ghana U20 three times.
