Turkish giants Fenerbahçe has now joined the growing list of clubs expressing interest in acquiring the services of Ghanaian defender Alexander Djiku.
With the expiration of the 28-year-old's contract with Strasbourg last month, he has become an attractive prospect in the transfer market.
In addition to Fenerbahçe, other clubs, including Besiktas from Turkey, Lille from France, and Nottingham Forest, have also shown interest in Djiku.
Djiku's exceptional performances for Strasbourg in the recently concluded season have captured the attention of several clubs.
Despite the increasing interest, Strasbourg is determined to retain their captain. With support from BlueCo investments, the club is keen to secure Djiku's future and is prepared to offer him a new contract to keep him at the club.
