Ibrahim Sadiq, the Ghanaian international, once again displayed his significance for BK Hacken as he played a crucial role in their 2-0 victory against The New Saints on Tuesday.
In the qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League, BK Hacken faced TNS at the Welsh side's home ground for the second leg. After losing the first leg in Sweden, TNS aimed to utilize their home advantage to turn the tie in their favor.
However, it was BK Hacken who dominated the match. Sadiq, the young Ghanaian talent, made a significant impact by scoring a brilliant goal in the 19th minute, giving his team the lead.
Maintaining control over the game, BK Hacken secured a second goal in injury time during the second half, courtesy of Momodou Sonko.
The 2-0 victory secured their progression to the next round of the UCL qualification, resulting in an impressive 5-1 aggregate score.
