VfB Stuttgart are interested in signing German-born Ghanaian wing-forward Jamie Leweling on loan from fellow elite division side FC Union Berlin.
The ex-FC Nürnberg U16 youth star, who joined the 'Die Eisernen' from Bundesliga relegated outfit SpVgg Greuther Fürth on a four-year deal last term, could spent the upcoming season on loan at the MHPArena.
According to Kicker, Union Berlin are open to transferring the Ghanaian attacker to his current suitors in order to gain playing time as he is not in the plans of manager Urs Fischer for the 2023-24 campaign.
Leweling is still eligible to play for Ghana at the international level despite featuring for the German U19, U20 & U21 national youth teams.
