The relegated German top-tier outfit have reportedly set sights on the 20-year-old winger of Ghanaian origin as they bid to secure his loan services in this current transfer window

2. Bundesliga club VfL Bochum are eyeing the loan services of German-born Ghanaian youngster Justin Diehl from top division side VfB Stuttgart, a report from the German media has indicated.

The promising rising star could be moved on to other suitors this summer given his lack of game time with his current employers so far since linking up with them from FC Koln on a free transfer in 2024.

Per German sports magazine Kicker, VfL Bochum are looking forward to reinforce their forward line options and have placed the Ghana-prospect winger on top of their radar in an effort to replace departed Germany striker Moritz Broschinski who joined Swiss outfit FC Basel this summer.

Given his Ghanaian heritage, Diehl still remains eligible to switch allegiance and play for Ghana at the international level having played for the Germany U16, U18, U19 & U20 national youth teams.
