Ghana and AFC Bournemouth attacker, Antoine Semenyo said they are off to a great start to the new season but won’t be swollen headed as they look to continue working harder to meet their target.

The Cherries have started on a blistering note despite losing their opening game away at Liverpool, but are currently winless in their last three matches with their last game against Newcastle United ending in a draw.

The 25-year-old has been amazing and currently has five-goal involvements so far this season having netted thrice and provided two assists.

Speaking in a recent interview, the versatile forward said they are impressed with their own performance but are only looking forward to getting better as the season progresses

“On the whole it’s been a good start to the season, definitely. We want to be humble and not get too big headed, we take it easy game by game. But we’re pleased with our start and the players are giving everything to keep it going and to continue it.”

AFC Bournemouth are currently in fourth place with ten points and will travel to Leeds United in the next round of matches.
