English Vanarama National League club, Woking FC have confirmed the signing of winger Ricky Samuel Korboa from Sutton United for an undisclosed fee.
The English born Ghanaian - who had been a target for several clubs - has signed a two-year contract at the fifth tier side following the expiration of his contract with Sutton.
Korboa, 25, played for Carshalton Athletic in March 2014 and featured for the Robins across seven seasons, scoring 55 goals in 168 games.
In 2020, Ricky joined League One Northampton Town, where he made 15 appearances before signing for Sutton United last summer.
Speaking to the club's official website, Woking FC manager Darren Sarll said: “Ricky is a player that fits all of the dimensions in which we are trying to take the recruitment of the club.
“He’s a good age, has experience in the EFL and experience in non-league. He’s committed now for two years which is a benefit to me in terms of having the time to work with him.
“He’s exciting, athletic, creative, and to me, if he can develop his goalscoring ratio, we’ve got a very good player on our hands.” Darren added.
