The Slovak champions after entering the qualifying series by winning the Slovakia topflight title took out North Macedonian champions Struga with 6-3 on aggregate in the first round prelims.
They subsequently sent out Slovenian conquerors Celje with 6-1 after the tie, took Cypriot giants Apoel Nicosia and wrapped up with FC Midtjylland.
The Kings of Bratislava after securing a 1-1 draw at the MCH Arena, sealed the tie with a 3-2 win over the Red-Blacks to make it into the group phase.
Zuberu Sharani, 24, enjoyed a fantastic run in the qualifying series having made seven appearances in the run so far and also registered an assist.
The 2024/25 UEFA Champions League draw under the new format will be held on Thursday, August 29, in Monaco
