The 2023/24 Ashanti Regional Inter-Schools and Colleges Boys Soccer Championship finally got underway this morning at the Baba Yara Stadium with some mouthwatering games
that came with both expected and surprising outcomes.
Kumasi Academy SHS kicked off the competition and were shocked by newbies Fast Track SHS in the opening fixture of the day.
Reigning champions Simms SHS started their title defence on a higher note after inflicting a 2-0 win over Fomena AMASS, whiles Prempeh College also made a blistering start after marmalizing Akumadan SHS by an emphatic 3-0 in the third clash of the day.
Sakafia SHS, Asanteman SHS all recorded victories whiles T.I AMASS wrapped up the day with a vital win over Asare Bediako SHS.
