Twenty-five (25) invited players have arrived in the Black Stars camp for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifier against Madagascar this weekend.
The Black Stars are scheduled to commence training at the Accra Sports stadium at 4pm on Monday in readiness for the all-important Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Madagascar.
The team assembled in camp this morning and will hit the ground running in the afternoon ahead of the crucial tie in Antananarivo.
Bechem United striker Hafiz Konkoni was handed a late call-up after an initial invitation of twenty-four squad list which included Alexander Djiku and Inaki Williams.
Duo Alexander Djiku and Inaki Williams have been replaced by Kassim Adams Nuhu and Ransford Yeboah Königsdörffer due to injuries.
All twenty-five (25) invited players by Coach Chris Hughton and his technical team are currently in camp at the Swiss Spirits Alisa Hotels in Accra.
Ghana will take on Madagascar in Antananarivo on Sunday, June 18, 2023.
