The 2023 Ghana League Clubs Association 'Top Four Tournament' has been slated for August, confirmed by member Oduro Nyarko.
The competition started with the Top Four but has recently been varied from Ghalca 6 and 8 but this year's edition has been reverted back to the popular and traditional one.
The last competition was competed by six teams and it was Great Olympics that emerged victorious after beating Bechem United via penalty shootouts in the final at Accra Sports Stadium.
The top four teams from the just-ended Ghana Premier League season will be playing in this year's edition; comprising of champions Medeama SC, Aduana Stars, Bechem United and Asante Kotoko.
Hearts of Oak will miss out this time after finishing 11th on the league log with 46 points.
The competition is expected to be held in early August this year with the venues yet to be announced. Games are likely to be honoured in both Accra and Kumasi
