The Black Stars are scheduled to leave the shores of Ghana for the second Group I game of the 2026 FIFA World Cup against Comoros.
Ghana contingent comprising of players, technical and management members will be jetting off to Moroni for the all-important fixture against Comoros.
Coach Chris Hughton and his charges started the 2026 World Cup qualifying matches with a narrow win over Madagascar at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Friday evening.
A 96th minute header from Inaki Williams was enough to hand Ghana a victory over the Barea of Madagascar in the Group I opening games.
Comoros also began their qualification campaign with an emphatic 4-2 comeback win over Central African Republic and their last meeting with Ghana was the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations where they defeated the Black Stars in a five-goal thriller.
Ghana's last visit to Moroni to face the senior national team of Comoros was in 2015 which ended in score-less draw during the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifying games.
Comoros will host Ghana at the Stade de Moroni on Tuesday, November 21, 2023. The match is scheduled to kick-off at 4:00 PM.
