Aduana FC winger Henson Amponsah says the team are confident of winning the MTN FA Cup this season.
The Fire club have impressed in the competition and have reached the semi-final stage, where they will face Nations FC for a place in the final.
Speaking ahead of the match, Amponsah said the players are determined to give everything to secure victory.
“We are 100% sure that we can win the MTN FA Cup. That is our hope, and we are going to do our maximum best to win the cup for the people of Dormaa and Aduana FC,” he told the club’s media.
The forward also expressed confidence ahead of the semi-final clash, pointing to strong motivation within the squad.
“I’m very confident we will beat Nations FC because of the motivation in camp. We are very confident, and so we appeal to our supporters to come and cheer us on.”
The semi-final between Aduana FC and Nations FC is scheduled for 15:00 GMT on Friday, 17 April at the Swedru Sports Stadium.
