Highly-rated Ghanaian referee Daniel Nii Laryea has been appointed to handle MTN FA Cup semi-final clash between Aduana FC and Nations FC.
Widely regarded as the best referee in the country undoubtedly, Laryea has been tasked to handle this epic clash which will definitely be monitored by many a Ghanaian football faithful.
The 38-year-old will be assisted on the lines by Roland Addy and Seth Abletor, with Abdul Latif Adaari serving as the fourth official.
Laryea’s reputation has continued to grow in recent years, earning him recognition on the continental stage.
He officiated at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations months ago and notably took charge of the semi-final clash between Morocco and Nigeria, becoming the first Ghanaian referee in over 50 years to reach that height.
He will be expected to deliver another top-tier performance as Aduana FC and Nations FC battle for a place in the league cup final this Friday, April 17, at 15:00GMT (3:00pm).
