Black Stars team Manager, Ameenu Shadow will agree with anyone that states the Ghanaian game has declined in recent years but added the country will have to put in extra effort to get it back to the highest level.
Ghana football previously, use to be among the elites especially with the senior men national team but has currently dropped for the past years completely.
Despite being four time African champions, Ghana is yet to win the Africa Cup of Nations in over fourty years now- with our last triumph happening in 1982 in Libya.
With club football, no Ghanaian club has made it to the money zone of the CAF Champions League for almost fifteen years now.
In an interview on Sports Ultras on 3 FM, Ameenu Shadow admits Ghana football has fallen and isn't among the elite once at the moment but strong believes with huge and better investment, our game will rise again to the top echelon.
