Black Galaxies head coach, Annor Walker has announced a strong starting line up for the international friendly against Qatar this evening.
The locally based senior national team of Ghana will be battling out with the 2022 FIFA World Cup hosts, Qatar in a friendly at the Stadion Wiener Neustadt in Austria.
World Cup host Qatar have been camping in Austria for the FIFA World Cup finals in Doha as they have already played Jamaica and Morocco in a similar exercise to fine tune their preparations for the tournament.
The friendly against Qatar would give Coach Annor Walker and his players a great platform to test their strength against a credible opponent ahead of their CHAN qualifier against Nigeria.
Ghana is aiming to lead Ghana to a record 4th CHAN tournament having missed out on the last three editions in 2016, 2018 and 2020.
The Black Galaxies finished 2nd in the 1st edition in 2009 after losing to the Democratic Republic of Congo in the final in Cote D’Ivoire.
