Army Ladies beat Hasaacas Ladies 2-1 to win the 2023 Ghana Women’s Premier Super Cup for the first time in front of a well-attended crowd at the Kyebi Astro Turf, in the Eastern Region on Sunday.

Hasaacas responded well with an equaliser through Fidous Yakubu's calm penalty finish in the 16th minute after an Hasaacas player had been brought down in the box.
Harriet Akoukor Adjetey scored a decisive late goal (81st minute) as Army Ladies comfortably sealed the victory to see out a relentless stubborn 'Dooooooooooo' side.
Army Ladies star Adama Alhassan emerged the most Valuable Player of the tournament whilst Faith Ladies Latifa Musah won the Discovery of the tournament.
In the third place match, Berry Ladies stunned champions Faith Ladies 1-0 to snap up the Bronze medal.

Newly signed Hasaacas Ladies player Mukarama Abdulai won the top scorer gong with three goals, whiles her teammate Diana Maaweremou also went ahead to scoop the best goalkeeper award.
