Ghana Premier League giants Asante Kotoko are reportedly leading the race to sign highly-rated former FC Samartex forward Emmanuel Mamah as they continue to bolster their squad ahead of the 2026–27 season.
The Porcupine Warriors are in advanced talks to secure the signature of the talented youngster and are expected to complete the deal in the coming days, barring any last-minute developments.
Asante Kotoko are, however, facing competition for Mamah’s signature, with the forward attracting interest from both domestic and foreign clubs.
Austrian side Admiral Wacker and Spanish second-tier outfit AD Ceuta have reportedly made offers for the 2025/26 FC Samartex forward, while Hearts of Oak and FC AshantiGold 04 are also pushing to secure his services.
Despite the competition, Kotoko remain in pole position and could officially seal the deal soon as they look to add another promising attacking talent to their squad for the upcoming campaign.
