The President of the Ghana Football Association, Kurt Okraku has highlighted the importance of good management of finances and modernism at the club stage to rekindle interest in the domestic leagues.



Okraku gave a dissertation on the low patronage of the various leagues at the GFA's Meet the Press event, held in Sunyani on Friday, August 9.



"At club level, no money is small money," Okraku stated, urging clubs to be strategic in delivering appealing football experiences. The press meeting, held at the Eusbett Hotel, served as a platform for Okraku to outline ways clubs can enhance the attractiveness of their matches.



During the press event, Okraku  maintained his administration is bent on elevating football in the country. Kurt Okraku will hold a string of meetings with stakeholders; the Regional Football Association as well Premier, Division One League and Women football clubs.
