Bechem United marksman, Augustine Okrah has rejected the second call up to join the Black Stars ahead of the Kirin Cup tournament which will be held in Japan.
The 28 year old made the initial squad for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers following his stupendous display for the Hunters throughout the campaign.
The ex- Kotoko forward was excluded from the traveling squad to face Central African Republic last Sunday alongside Hearts of Oak's Daniel Afriyie Barnieh due to unknown reasons.
However, Augustine Okrah on receiving the second invite per reports, told head coach Otto Addo he isn't interested and ready to play anymore.
His club CEO, Lord Ziko confirmed; '"I spoke to Okrah to go but the player says he won't play and not ready to go."
Ghana will face Japan, Chile and Tunisia in the Kirin Cup tournament which is scheduled for June 10 - June 14, 2022.
