Benab FC secured their spot in the final round of the FA Cup qualifiers, defeating Namoro Football Academy 5-4 in a nail-biting penalty shootouts, following a 0-0 stalemate in regulation time at the Wesco Park last Saturday.
The match got off to a promising start, with Benab dominating possession and creating scoring opportunities through their signature short passes, high pressing, and aggressive recovery. Mugis came close to opening the scoring, but Namoro's goalkeeper denied him.
Namoro pushed hard for the opener, testing Benab's goalkeeper Salim on several occasions. However, a combination of excellent goalkeeping and solid defensive work kept the scores level.
