Benab FC have secured a place in the 2025/26 Ashanti Regional Division 2 Middle League final for the second consecutive season after edging Adansi United by 1-0 in their final group game.
The closely contested encounter saw both sides battle for dominance, but it was the Greens who came out victorious with a slim win , right-back Saad’s stunning strike from way out to seal the victory.
The result ensured the ‘Everything by God’ lads finished top of Group B with seven points, booking their spot in the final once again.
They reached the same stage last season but fell short, suffering a 2-1 defeat to Ebony FC, and will now be determined to go one better this time around.
Benab FC will face Pro-Sports Academy, winners of Group A, in the final scheduled for Monday, May 4, at the Baba Yara Stadium, as they both chase promotion to first division.
