Attram de Visser midfielder Hafiz Ibrahim has revealed his eagerness to join Ghana Premier League giants Kumasi Asante Kotoko should the opportunity avails itself over such transfer move in the near future.
The 19-year-old, who is capable of operating in midfield as well as in lateral defense across the field, is full of admiration for the Kumasi-based club and is keen to link up with them over a course of time in his football career.
He confessed that it has always been his childhood dream to play for the club and he would jump at the opportunity if they come calling.
"I'm more than willing to play for Asante Kotoko, as it's been a lifelong dream of mine. Wearing the iconic Asante Kotoko jersey would be a dream come true. However, I'm currently under contract with Attram de Visser, so it's essential that Asante Kotoko reaches an agreement with my club. Once that's in place, I'll be more than happy to join the team."
Hafiz is currently focused on preparing with the Black Galaxies for their upcoming CHAN qualifying match against Nigeria, scheduled to take place on Sunday, 22nd December 2024.
