The Black Queens of Ghana were to play the female side of Raja Casablanca as part of their friendly tour in Morocco but the game was cancelled.

The game was scheduled to be played today, February 24, at the Père Jégo Stadium but didn't go as planned with the Ghana FA stating it was due to reasons beyond their control.

Coach Kim Lars Björkegren and his girls are still in Casablanca and faced the Morocco women national team last Friday in a game they put up a stupendous performance but conceded at the death to lose 1-0 in regulation time.

It hasn't been confirmed as to whether the Ghana FA will fix another friendly to replace the canceled one or the team will return to the country in the coming days.

Black Queens, will use this tour to test their strength and also as part of their preparations towards the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) in July this year.
