The Black Stars of Ghana have touched down in Kumasi ahead of their all important fixture against Central African Republic on Thursday, in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
Coach Chris Hughton and his charges started camping on Monday afternoon with only 12 players at the Ohene Gyan Stadium, where the team engaged in some physical activities and ball works.
Subsequently, players like Baba Rahman, Inaki Williams, Ernest Nuamah and others to add up to 23 have all joined to make the trip to Kumasi for the game.
However, Jordan Ayew and South African-based goalie Richard Ofori are still yet to report and will join the team directly in the Garden City by the close of today.
The Black Stars are expected to train at the Baba Yara Stadium today and will continue the following day in order to get themselves adequately prepared and poised to secure a win and confirm their spot at the next Africa Cup of Nations.
The game is slated for Thursday, September 7, at 16:00GMT.
