Assistant coaches of Ghana’s Black Stars are sweating over when their next pay cheque will hit their accounts as they have not been paid in the last six months, Kickgh.com can confirm.
Deepthroat sources within the corridors of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) have affirmed that there is uncertainty over when the outstanding balance will hit the accounts of John Pantsil and Fatawu Dauda, who are working under head coach Otto Addo.
However, at a time when the GFA has gone ahead to hire German Winfried Schäfer as the technical advisor and Kris Perquy - a Belgian psychologist for the team, their Ghanaian compatriots have been left to work on practically empty stomachs, with their conditions of service predominantly unfulfilled.
Meanwhile, the GFA hasn't responded or issued an official statement on the issue. However, Kickgh will keep our readers posted on any developments as more information comes to light concerning the situation.
