The Black Stars of Ghana have finally touched down in Osaka, Japan for the upcoming Kirin Cup invitational tournament which is set to commence very soon.

The four time African champions started their campaign in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers where they have secured four points from their opening two matches against Madagascar and Central African Republic.

Coach Otto and his charges left Luanda on Monday evening and finally arrived in the Asian country this evening and have gone through all COVID-19 test at the airport even before moving to Kobe, ANA Crown Plaza Hotel precisely. 
 
The Kirin Cup tournament is a four team tournament pitting host nation Japan, Chile and the two African reps, Ghana and Tunisia.
 
The Black Stars will kick off the competition against the Blue Samurai on June 10, 2022.
