Arsenal and Black Stars midfielder, Thomas Partey has been installed as the 'Mahefalor' of the Krobo Traditional Area in the Eastern Region of Ghana.
The 28 year old has been in the West African country in the last couple of days for holidays and also hoping to nurse his latest injury to make him prepared for the new campaign.
The mercurial middleman missed out on the Black Stars squad for the 2023 AFCON qualifiers and the upcoming Kirin Cup which will be held in Japan.
Earlier on Friday, in his native, the Krobo Traditional Chief gave him a great honour by installing him as the 'Mahefalor' which means the 'Defender of Krobo Traditional Area.
This is mainly because of selling the name of the community worldwide and also his consistent kind gestures of donating to the needy and the less privileged through his foundation.
