Black Stars newly-appointed head coach Carlos Queiroz has paid a courtesy visit to Ghana’s Sports Minister Hon. Kofi Iddie Adams ahead of his official unveiling as head coach of the Black Stars.
The Portuguese tactician was accompanied by Ghana FA President Kurt Okraku and other officials as part of activities leading to his formal introduction.
The meeting, held at the Minister’s office, provided an opportunity for both parties to engage and align on the expectations surrounding Queiroz’s appointment, particularly as Ghana intensifies preparations for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Queiroz, who arrived in the country recently, is expected to be officially unveiled later today at the Alisa Hotel in Accra, marking the start of a new chapter for the Black Stars.
His appointment comes at a crucial time for Ghana football, with the experienced coach tasked with leading the team forward on the international stage.
