Black Galaxies captain, Gladson Awako has resumed training few days after sustaining a minor knock in their last friendly over the weekend.
The home-based national team failed to grind a win to continue with their winning streak after sharing spoils with Algeria last Saturday at the Nelson Mandela Stadium in Algiers.
The experience playmaker picked up an Injury in the course of the game and to avoid making things worse, he made way for Dreams FC's Simba Sylvester in the first half.
The good news is that, he's returned to training and was involved in a light work, hoping to join the team for the next full session and will be available for Ghana's group opener.
Ghana are still preparing towards the 2022 African Nations Championship and are drawn in Group C alongside holders Morocco, Sudan and Madagascar.
The competition commences this Friday, January 13, 2022.
