The Accra Human Right Court have postponed the court hearing of the case between the GFA and AshantiGold SC which was initially scheduled for today to October 20, 2022.
The Miners had no option than to result to the court to place an injunction on the ongoing GPL season since they ain't willing to accept their demotion into the country's third tier.
They were punished for playing a match of convenience with Inter Allies in match-week 34 of the 2020/21 GPL season- a game they won by an emphatic 7-0.
With the case adjourned until October 20, 2022, the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League will continue to remain on hold until a final judgement is made.
