Black Stars head coach Otto Addo is expected to present his provisional man list to the Ghana Football Association today, October 21, 2022.

The first list is expected to be between 35-55 for the epic global football competition that is billed to commence in less than a month from now.

Having submitted this, the Borussia Dortmund trainer will then trim it down to the final 26 subsequently before the deadline- November 14, 2022. 
 
The Black Stars technical team have been on the lookouts on Ghanaian footballers that plies their trade abroad as they look to name a strong squad for the World Cup.
 
Players that are expected to make the list as of now include skipper Andre Ayew, Thomas Partey, Kudus Mohammed, Jordan Ayew, Daniel Kofi Kyereh, Alexander Djiku, Daniel Amartey, Mohammed Salisu, Inaki Williams, Tariq Lamptey and more.
 
However, there could also be some surprises and other possible new names, with reports stating Callum Hudson Odoi is most likely to make the provisional squad, so as inform Belgian-based Joseph Paintsil. 
 
Ghana last month, engaged themselves in two friendlies against giants Brazil and Nicaragua, and are also expected to wrap up their preparations for the Mundial when they face Switzerland on November 17, that will be just three days away from the start of the big competition.
 
Ghana is housed in Group H alongside Portugal, South Korea and two time world champions Uruguay.
 
The 2022 FIFA World Cup has been scheduled to begin on November 20, 2022.
