The curtains have closed on the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League campaign, and unfortunately for Great Olympics, Bofoakwa Tano, and Real Tamale United, their time in the top-flight has come to an end.

The three teams finished at the bottom of the standings, securing their relegation to Ghana's Division One League.

The trio struggled throughout the season, failing to maintain their status in the top-flight. While Hearts of Oak, Karela United, and other teams battled relegation on the final day, only the Phobians and Karela United managed to escape the drop.

Great Olympics finished 16th with 44 points, while Bofoakwa Tano and Real Tamale United placed 17th and 18th respectively. The relegated teams will now focus on rebuilding and improving their squads ahead of their return to the lower division.

On a more positive note, Young Apostles, Basake Holy Stars, and Vision FC emerged victorious in their respective zones in the Division One League campaign, earning promotion to the Ghana Premier League next season.
