Midfielder Daniel Kofi Kyereh has visited Ghana’s squad in Stuttgart ahead of their friendly match against Germany later on Monday.
The SC Freiburg player met his Black Stars teammates on Sunday, receiving warm embraces as he returned to the national team environment for the first time since December 2022.
Kyereh, 28, has been out of action for nearly three seasons because of injury, but his visit lifted the mood in camp as the team prepared for a difficult match against the four-time world champions.

His return, even in a non-playing role, brought smiles among the squad and reminded many of the creativity and energy he adds to the team.
Since making his debut against Ethiopia in September 2021, Kyereh has won 18 caps for Ghana and remains closely linked to the national side despite his long absence.
Ghana face Germany in Stuttgart, with kick-off scheduled for 18:45 GMT.
