Black Galaxies head coach Annor Walker is very ecstatic with the win against Sudan last Thursday in their second group game of the ongoing African Nations Championship.
Ghana tamed down the Secretarybirds by a resounding 3-1 at the Stade Mohamed-Hamlaoui in Constantine to enhance their qualification chances.
The Galaxies were the first to concede through Al-Gozoli Nooh but subsequently goals from Hearts of Oak trio Konadu Yiadom, Daniel Afriyie Barnieh from the spot-kick and Surah Seidu sealed the win for the home-based national team.
Speaking in the post-match, the Samartex FC gaffer couldn't hide his excitement after the crucial win and has dedicated to Ghanaians for their unending support despite losing their first game.
"Firstly let me thank God Almighty for giving me my heart desire. Even at the pre-match press conference I realized that everyone expected Ghana to win and I relayed to my boys that the press men were telling me that the game it is a must win for us."

Ghana will now await the outcome from the last group game between Madagascar and Sudan to determine their qualification.
