Former Asante Kotoko captain, Richard Boadu has finally tied the knot with his long-time girlfriend Vincentia Badu in a colorful ceremony held on Saturday.
The event was held at Gyinyase near Elysee Hotel in Kumasi and was graced by family, former teammates and friends.
Richard Boadu, took advantage of the recent break to finally make it official with his wife and will hope to continue with his fine form at his new club Al Ahly Benghazi.
The 25-year-old is known very well by the Ghanaian football faithfuls, having won over 100 Ghana Premier League appearances and was the Kotoko's substantive captain in the 2022/23 season.
The combative midfielder has been impressive since his arrival at the Martyrs of February Stadium and has already featured in all 11 appearances the team have played this season.
Al Ahly Benghazi will return into action January 21, in match-day 9 of the Libya Premier League.
