Five players of the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League leaders have been handed invitations to the locally based senior national team of Ghana for the upcoming CHAN qualifiers.
Asante Kotoko quintet have received call-ups to the Black Stars ‘B’ for the 2022 African Nations Championship qualifiers which is scheduled to commence in June.
Ghana will know its opponents in the 2022 African Nation Championship qualification round at the draw which will be held at CAF headquarters in Cairo on May 26.
Kickgh.com can exclusively report that Black Stars ‘B’ coach Annor Walker has named Danlad Ibrahim, Richard Boadu, Imoro Ibrahim, Mudasiru Salifu and Abdul Ganiyu Ismail in his provisional list for the upcoming qualifiers.
The Black Stars ‘B’ will be hoping to secure a ticket to the 2022 CHAN after failing to qualify to the last three editions of the tournament.
The 2022 CHAN will be played in Algeria from 8th January to 23rd January 2023.
