Real Tamale United (RTU) couldn't complete the signing of Michelle Sarpong from Hearts of Oak, Kickgh can exclusively reveal.
Michelle Sarpong was expected to join RTU from Hearts of Oak on loan, but the move hit a snag because of salary demands.
Unfortunately, Hearts of Oak later agreed to pay half of his salary after negotiations with RTU, but Michelle Sarpong wasn't available to sign the deal in time for RTU to register him, Kickgh can confirm.
The 23-year-old played for Elmina Sharks on loan last season, scoring two goals in twenty-two games.
Hearts of Oak are competing in the off-season GHALCA Top 6 tournament at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The Accra-based side will be playing in the Confederations Cup after winning the MTN FA Cup last season.
Junior Kaaba, Eric Ofori Antwi, Zakari Yakubu, Wisdom Bumekpor, Yassan Ouatching, Eric Esso, and Konadu Yiadom and Maxwell Abbey Quaye have all joined Hearts of Oak this summer.
