Medeama overcame a late scare to dump out Nsuopun Fidelity 4-2 and progress to the sixteenth round of the FA Cup.
The hosts, Nsuopun took a stunning lead after beating Felix Kyei from close range in the 69th minute.
However, Nsuopun were not ahead for long. Sadat fired a thunderous corner-kick 6 minutes later to take the game into extra time and spot-kicks.
Defender Emmanuel Cudjoe scored the decisive penalty to seal Yellow and Mauves a place in round sixteenth.
It was a scoreline to be proud of for Medeama as they hope to slew into the finals of the competition.
