The journey towards the 2026 FIFA World Cup will commence for the Black Stars of Ghana in November 2023, as the complete schedule for the World Cup qualifiers has been unveiled this week, following the draw held in July.
Recalling the draw ceremony, it was revealed that the Black Stars were placed in Group I alongside Mali, Madagascar, Comoros, Central African Republic, and Chad.
As per the confirmed fixtures, Ghana is set to initiate their qualifiers by hosting Madagascar between November 13 and 21. In the same international break, the Ghanaian team will also face off against Comoros.
Following these initial encounters, the World Cup qualifiers will temporarily pause and then resume in June 2024.
