Otto Addo stepped-down as the head coach after the exit.
Former Aston Villa U-23 coach, George Boateng is among shortlisted candidates to takeover the coach job, according to reports.
George Boateng believes that Ghana could have won against Uruguay if Luck had gone their way.
"In the last game against Uruguay, it could have been a lot better for us had only luck gone our way,” he said.
