Croatia head coach, Zlatko Dalić has announced a 26-man squad for the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup, which will be held across Canada, Mexico and the United States.

The 2018 World Cup finalists have been paired alongside England, Panama and Ghana in Group L of the tournament, which will be held in the summer.

The squad announced on Monday, May 18, 2026 comprises of experienced internationals and emerging talents, as Croatia hopes to excel at the global showpiece.

Veteran midfielder Luka Modric headlines the preliminary squad with Ivan Perišić, Mateo Kovačić and Joško Gvardiol of Manchester City.

Croatia will commence their 2026 World Cup campaign on 17 June against England in Dallas.

They will then face Panama on 23 June in Toronto, before concluding the group stage against the Black Stars of Ghana on 27 June in Philadelphia.
