The Phobians, which endured a rollercoaster 2024/25 campaign, have made a bold off-pitch move, assembling a strategic recruitment task force to scout, evaluate, and secure top-tier talent to restore the club’s elite status in Ghanaian football.
The newly formed unit includes board, Management and technical team, all tasked with reshaping Hearts’ squad and avoiding past recruitment blunders that have left fans frustrated in recent seasons.
