Hearts of Oak will take on Tema community-two based Division Two side True Life FC in the FA Cup Round of 64 on Wednesday at Kpobiman.
Speaking ahead of the game, Hearts coach Mas-Ud Didi Dramani highlighted the importance of the match for fans.
“For me, it gives our fans the chance to come up there and see what the board has done. Sometimes when I step into training, I feel like I am still in Europe,” he said.
Hearts of Oak last lifted the FA Cup in 2022, and Didi Dramani is determined to bring the trophy back to Accra.

“We said we were ready to compete for every trophy at stake, so the FA Cup is just one of those trophies available for contest,” he added.
The coach also revealed that last week’s team selection against Vision F.C. was influenced by this upcoming FA Cup tie.
“That is why we rested some players from our previous game. It is a week where we will play three games… Karela is just at the weekend, and we are travelling to my hometown (Tamale), so we need to reload players,” he explained.
Wednesday’s match at Kpobiman will mark the third different venue Hearts of Oak have used for home fixtures this season, having previously played at the Accra Sports Stadium and the University of Ghana Stadium.
