Hearts of Oak defender Sameul Inkoom has publicly apologised for missing his penalty as the Phobians were dumped out of the MTN FA Cup after a 1-0 defeat to Dreams FC.
The experienced right-back stepped up to take the spot kick after the defending champions were given a penalty in the 97th minute after Obeng Junior was clipped down in the box.
Inkoom, however, failed to beat goalkeeper Augustine Koomson and it proved costly as the defender struck wide with his effort.
