Golden Kick FC goalkeeper, Kelvin Saaba has gone hard on referee Latif Adaari having stated emphatically clear that he is the main reason they lost the FA Cup trophy
The Porcupine Warriors redeemed themselves after losing the league title with a precious 1-2 win over Golden Kick FC in the final last Sunday in an epic final at the University of Ghana Stadium
Kwame Opoku netted a brace in the game with his opening goal coming in the 17th minute from a close range header. Bless Ege levelled the score in the second half with a well-taken free kick before the latter converted a controversial penalty in the dying embers to win the 'Kum Apem' lads their tenth league cup
Speaking on 3Sports after the game, the enterprising shot-stopper called the center-man out for what he described as a very poor officiating and wants the Ghana FA to investigate the matter as he believes stuff like this won't help us improve our football
"It's very bad. To get honest, it's very bad. I don't know why it's happening that way seriously cos I didn't touch him so what happened.
"It doesn't happen anywhere, the FA should look into this and do the right thing. If this how we are going to play in Ghana then it won't get us anywhere. We should be sincere to ourselves. The referee spoil the game, just the supporters enjoy the game, it's not by force to give the win to someone."
Golden Kick FC really gave a very good account of themselves last night with some entertaining football as many a Ghanaian football faithful feel the best side lost the game
