Hearts of Oak coach, Samuel Boadu, says he failed this season even though they won the MTN FA cup.
Yesterday, the Phobians defeated Bechem United by 2-1 courtesy Caleb Amankwa and Afriyie Barnieh strikes, with Emmanuel Avornyo getting the consolation.
Hearts of Oak placed sixth with forty-eight points after the league season.
Samuel Boadu won both the league and the MTN FA cup in his first season, 2020/21 season.
Samuel Boadu admits that he failed this season after placing outside the top-four as the defending champions.
"Not really," he answered when he was asked if they had a good season.
"As a coach I'm a failure because I'm not part of the top-four but this is how football is so they should keep supporting the team and I know that with time things will change," he concluded.
