Ghana U23 coach Ibrahim Tanko has announced a strong starting line up for the Black Meteors opening game at the AFCON U-23 Cup of Nations against Congo this afternoon.

The male national U23 team has commencing their campaign at the ongoing tournament with a Group A opener against Congo at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium.

 
Asante Kotoko goalkeeper Danlad Ibrahim has been handed a starting berth in the sticks with Terry Yegbe of SJK, Edmund Arko-Mensah, Aaron Essel and David Oppong Afrane as the back line.
 
Dreams FC's Sylvester Simba has been included in the list with Emmanuel Essiam, Dominic Nsobila in the midfield of the Black Meteors.
 
Duo Abdul Fatawu Issahaku and Ernest Nuamah will be upfront with Daniel Afriyie Barnieh.
 
The match will kick-off at 3:00 PM (GMT)
